Kipke, Haire Holding Twin Fundraisers and Swapping Special Guest Roles

Well, this is tidy.

On Wednesday evening, Del. Nicholaus R. Kipke (R-Anne Arundel) has a fundraiser scheduled at Second Alarm Brewhouse in Pasadena, a coffee house by day and pub by night that uses its proceeds to benefit volunteer fire companies. Anne Arundel County Councilmember Jessica Haire (R) is listed as the “special guest.”

The event runs from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and ticket prices start at $100. For $250, you can be a Dalmatian Sponsor, $500 makes you an Embers Sponsor, $1,000 makes you a Blaze Sponsor, $2,500 donors become Alarm Sponsors.

From 5:30 to 7 p.m., at the very same venue, Haire is hosting a fundraiser. Ticket prices start at $100. Here too, for higher donations, you can be a Dalmatian Sponsor, an Embers Sponsor, a Blaze Sponsor and an Alarm sponsor. And Kipke is listed as the “special guest.”

This latter event is billed as a kickoff for Haire’s exploratory campaign for Anne Arundel County executive. Kipke happens to be the chairman of her exploratory effort.

Tidy, as we said.
